We accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • We will cover shipping fees in cases of product errors or manufacturing defects, provided we are notified within one day of receipt.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • In the event of a refund, if the product has been received for more than one day and we have not been notified, we must be notified within one day from the date of receipt. If you are facing an emergency, please notify us within one day so that we can appreciate your circumstances.
  • If the product is exchanged for a customized item.
  • If the product is damaged or broken due to misuse or not kept in its original packaging (box).
  • If the product has been used by the customer.
  • If it was not shipped by the shipping company within 3 working days and we were not informed.

Items for sale

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
